The club owns a fixed-night contract at the Wyndham Grand Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Villas — one of the Mexican Caribbean's premier Gran Tourism properties, nestled between the turquoise sea and the secluded Nichupté Lagoon.
Membership is strictly limited to 10 active accounts. If you are reading this, you have been personally invited.

The Travel Night Bank
The Shared Night Pool
Think of the club's contract as a shared bank account — but instead of dollars, it holds 140 lifetime resort nights. Every year, roughly 14 nights become available to the group.
Because every stay requires at least 2 members sharing a Studio suite, those 14 nights stretch into 4+ group trips per year — meaning all 10 members can realistically get a vacation every single year.
Your Personal Travel Piggy Bank
Your Isolated Savings Account
Each member contributes $50 per month ($600 per year) through a simple auto-savings plan. Every dollar you put in stays yours — it accumulates safely in your own isolated account until you are ready to travel.
When you book a trip, your piggy bank covers your mandatory All-Inclusive resort bracelet — the daily food and beverage package that unlocks unlimited dining and cocktails at the resort. Your money never cross-finances another member's account.
Wyndham Grand Cancun
A "Gran Tourism" all-inclusive resort nestled between the dazzling Mexican Caribbean and the secluded Nichupté Lagoon — 350 smoke-free rooms and villas, each with a private balcony and ocean or lagoon views.
The Five Club Rules
These rules are not bureaucratic fine print — they are the structural backbone that keeps the cooperative fair, solvent, and enjoyable for every member.
The 10-Slot Registry Cap
The club is strictly limited to 10 active member accounts — no exceptions, ever. Membership is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all 10 slots are filled, a chronological waitlist opens for future openings.
The 1-Year Promise
Once you activate your slot, you commit to a mandatory 1-year term before you can exit or transfer your slot to someone on the waitlist. This protects the stability and financial integrity of the cooperative for everyone.
The Better Together Co-Travel Mandate
Solo travel is not permitted. To book a 3-night stay in a Studio suite, a minimum of 2 active club members must travel together. Sharing a room is what makes the math work — it's how 14 nights becomes 4+ group trips per year.
Pure Member-Only Restriction
Every single person in the room must be an active, paying club member. Outside guests, non-member family extensions, and children not on the membership roster are completely restricted from the rooms. No exceptions.
Isolated Financials
Because every roommate is an active member, individual savings accounts never cross-finance each other. Your $50/month piggy bank is used solely to cover your own mandatory All-Inclusive food and drink bracelets — your money is always yours.
All-Inclusive Bracelet Rate Matrix
These are the contracted wholesale rates per person, per night for the mandatory All-Inclusive food and beverage bracelet. These rates are exclusive to active club members — not available to the general public.
Wholesale vs. Retail
The general public typically pays $250–$450+ per person per night for the same all-inclusive experience at this resort. Club members access the same world-class amenities at a fraction of that cost through the cooperative's contracted wholesale rate.
